The TEC-MED project piloting phase has begun, where information will be collected from elderly people over 65 years of age and/or at risk of social exclusion, through 6 Training Agents. During this phase, different assessments related to health and social exclusion indicators dimensions will be performed, applying the TEC-MED model and carrying out different social-care interventions with the aim of improving these beneficiaries’ situation.
