PPI4MED in Spain launches a tender for technological services to design, develop and maintain the training programme platform

The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), lead beneficiary of PPI4MED project, has launched a call for technological services for the development and maintenance of the public procurement of innovation training programme platform. 

The purpose of the tender is to design and develop a training platform and its maintenance for the PPI4MED capacitation programme to the public procurers, sellers and technology transfer agents focused on PPI4MED project.

The CSIC invites interested suppliers to send the expression of interest by email to ppi4med.csic@csic.es. The deadline for the submission of Expression Of Interest (EOI)s is set at noon, 10th June 2022 (Spanish local time).

The VATC- CSIC will review the expression of interest responses and select up to (3) firms that meet the requirements to receive a more detailed request for proposal.
Interested firms must provide the information to VATC-CSIC in narrative format, establishing that they are qualified to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc) and provide a budget proposal to execute the requested services.
Services required.
a) Design and development of a training platform for 80 users, allowing interaction between users. 
b) Development of the platform that allows recording on the platform itself and video editing.
c) Simultaneous translation service for video production. 
d) Development of an alumni network within the platform. 
e) Maintenance of the platform for a maximum period of 12 months.
