The Spanish National Research Council, Lead Beneficiary of PPI4MED project, has launched a call for tender to develop and implement the capacity programme on innovation procurement based on PPI4MED model to all partners.

The purpose of the tender is to develop the PPI4MED capacitation programme and implement the innovation procurement course to trainers and then train public procurers, sellers and technology transfer agents focused on PPI4MED project.

The CSIC invites interested suppliers to send the expression of interest by email to ppi4med.csic@csic.es. The deadline for the submission of Expression Of Interest (EOI) is May 27th, 2022 (at 6 p.m. Spanish local time).

The VATC- CSIC will review the EOI responses and select up to three (3) firms that meet the requirements to receive a more detailed request for proposal.

Interested firms must provide the information to VATC-CSIC in narrative format, establishing that they are qualified to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc) and provide a budget proposal to execute the requested services:
a) Elaboration of training materials in English and digital format. Part of the training material will consist of training videos with a duration of approximately eight hours.
b) Selection of local trainers for the implementation of the training programme.
c) Development and implementation of a training of trainers in a workshop format with the selected teachers.
d) Execution of the training course in the CPI CSIC living lab.
e) Evaluation and monitoring of the training programme and its programmed actions.
