All the actions and expenses required to create a Spin-off company, including administrative costs, business plan preparation, or office rental.
- Selection criteria and award procedure

Public announcement published on the project website and on the partners websites. The selection will follow the criteria already agreed among the partners. The jury will be formed by the project managers of each involved partner and by two experts from the administrative staff.
