The Agricultural University of Athens, lead beneficiary of FruitFlyNet-ii, launches a call for tender for the provision of strategic analysis and the development of a business plan regarding the commercialization of the two types of electronic traps and electronic services offered by the Location Aware System (LAS) in the treatment of olive fruit fly and the Mediterranean fruit fly. The study focuses on olive oil, edible olives, peaches and citrus fruits in Greece, Italy, and Spain.

The study will consist of:

1. A business plan including Porter’s 5 forces analysis, PESTLE analysis as well as financial market plans, one for each country (Greece, Spain and Italy) and for the corresponding products (olive oil, edible olives, peaches and citrus).

2. A strategic analysis including statements of goals and visions, SWOT analysis, long-term strategic goals, i.e., specific improvements in the competitive position of start-ups, such as technology, market policy, etc., the embedded strategies to be followed to succeed, as well as action plan one for each LAS implementation.

Individual consultants, firms or associations are eligible to apply for this provision of services.

The compensation amount is 10.000 euros (VAT included). Candidates should submit their bids with the technical, financial and all necessary documents, not later than 11th of June 2021 at 13:15 Athens local time.
