Brief description of the project:

The project is to establish a hub for fuel characterization and utilization. The characterization includes measurements of thermo-physical and chemical properties of fuel. The utilization includes the ability to test different fuels and additives on combustion engines. This will consider the first of its kind in EGYPT in one place that could serve industry and other research institutes.

Main objectives – issues to be addressed:

1. To build a characterization lab for fuels
2. To establish spray characterization lab
2. To improve fuel utilization lab in E-JUST

Expected results:

The lab will be a hub for fuel research
