A.3 Promotion of social inclusion and the fight against poverty
A.3.1: Provide young people, especially those belonging to the NEETS, and women, with marketable skills
The overall objective of the proposed project is to contribute to (self)-employability of vulnerable young people and women aged 15 and 35 years old, by acquiring the needed skills required by the labour market through enrolling in existing and/or new formal and non-formal educational opportunities. The project will focus on 2 specific objectives; provide and increase the opportunities for youth and women to develop adequate key and professional competences for integration in labour market through enhanced formal and non-formal education; and promote the developed non-formal and formal educational programs and approaches and strengthens the capacity of youth to support structures including public institutions, frameworks and instruments and societal stakeholders. Three main activities will be focused on: Non-formal education program for competence development and e-learning; Non-formal and formal catch-up program for early school leavers, and Needs and skill-based inclusive VET programs. Cross boarder experts will work on defining new professional profiles (based on the needs of the market and the skills of the youth and women- an integrated approach) and exchange of best practices among the partner countries.
To contribute to the (self)-employability of young women and men aged between 15 and 35 years old, particularly those with fewer opportunities as the most vulnerable amongst youth and women.
1- developed innovative non-formal and formal educational programs targeting vulnerable young people and women with fewer opportunities.
2- The developed non-formal and formal educational programs and approaches are promoted, multiplied and utilized while the capacity of youth and women is strengthened to support structures including public institutions, frameworks and instruments as well as societal stakeholders locally, nationally and regionally.
3- Create efficient networking background.
