A.3 Promotion of social inclusion and the fight against poverty
A.3.1: Provide young people, especially those belonging to the NEETS, and women, with marketable skills
Changing Roles aims at bringing women at risk of economic exclusion into employment through the last trending and innovative tools inlabour market oriented trainings, apprenticeships and career support. The project will strengthen knowledge and experience sharing across the Mediterranean to propose common approaches, bringing together both partners experts in the field and at policy level that can make real changes at regional, national and EU level. Partners will support women in acquiring marketable skills and will mentor them to develop personal projects and start up their own business.
