MEDUSA: Tender for an Online Event Management Support – Cross-Border Seminar on Mediterranean tourism products for the Adventure Tourism segment

Description of the assignment: The objective of this tender is to seek an event management company for 2 online events planned under the MEDUSA project in January and February 2021. The 2 events are correlated and will build on the results of ongoing MEDUSA work related to research and benchmarking in the Adventure Tourism segment in the Mediterranean.In specific, the applicant organization is expected to deliver on the following:

  1. Assist MEDUSA project partners in planning the 2 online events planned for January and February 2021 with 2-3 weeks apart.
  2. Support MEDUSA project partners in managing the events platforms and other digital tools as required and provide technical support before and during the 2 online events.

Expected Results: 

The results to be achieved are:  

  1. Successful execution of Event 1 – Cross Border Seminar on Mediterranean tourism products for the Adventure Tourism segment, including pre-event registration and preparation process, digital administration throughout the event, and after event communication and survey.
  2. Successful execution of Event 2 - Conceptualization of sustainable tourism products for the Adventure Tourism segment and B2B sessions, including pre-event registration and preparation process, digital administration throughout the event, and after event communication and survey.

Start date and period of implementation of the tasks: The intended start date is January 4th, 2021, and the period of implementation of the contract will be until March 15th, 2021.
