PIMEC Foundation is a non-profit foundation with social purposes, and since its creation in 2007, one of our main aims is to enhance, support and accompany enterprises in a critic situation or dealing with bankruptcy, seeking for a second opportunity. We help to refloat companies or in case they are in a no-return situation, be able to make orderly closures, providing tailor-made training, giving business tools and resources, and personal advice. Our work is structured under a four ongoing programs, focused on a new way of understanding enterprises and progress, where the key elements are the people, so our approach is human centred: emppersona Program (“Enterprise and Person”), Integration and diversity, Repte Sostenible (“Sustainable Challenge”) and Corporate solidarity.
