In the context of projects funded under the ENI CBC Med Programme, lead beneficiaries and partners may award an indirect financial contribution to support a wide range of activities, including start-up creation, scholarships, or environmental awareness raising-campaigns, etc.

In order to support the development and implementation of sub-grants schemes, the Managing Authority has drafted a practical handbook which contains the applicable rules for the award of this type of grants, as well as a set of templates, which can be used as a source of inspiration by project beneficiaries.
