With the deadline of the first call for proposals approaching fast (24th of January 2018 at 1:00 pm - GMT+1),  here are the latest news for Applicants to be read carefully.

Sub-grants: new section available in the application form

Under the menu "Project" of the e-application form, a new section on sub-grants is now available. This section "Total budget per sub-grants" should include information on how the procedures related to sub-grants will be managed, the selection criteria, who will benefit from sub-grants and their expected impact. Additional guidance is available directly in the e-application form.

How to fill in the Financial Plan

The Financial Plan is a tool to help Applicant and partners better understand their potential cash flows needs during project implementation. Detailed information on how to fill in the financial plan is available in FAQ 4.24.

Submission of project proposals: don’t wait until the last minute!

The submission of project proposals shall be carefully defined and planned within partnerships: as a general rule, it is recommended not to wait until the last minute to collect all mandatory documents to be uploaded together with the project proposal.

Please note that the application form can be submitted anytime. Once submitted, project applications cannot be revised anymore. However, as long as the call remains open (i.e. deadline set on the 24th of January), you may re-edit your application using the function "back to draft".

Application forms not submitted will not be considered under the evaluation process.
