COMMON is a European project under ENI CBC Med Programme, which aims at building a collaboration network between Italy, Tunisia and Lebanon, to support a correct management of Marine Litter.
United for turtles!
Tyre Coast Nature Reserve is a precious Mediterranean heritage located in Lebanon, and an important nesting site for migratory birds and the endangered Loggerhead and green sea turtles. It is also a pilot area of ENI CBC Med COMMON project and there, environmental scientists work to protect the sea and its biodiversity from marine litter.

"Intellectual Properties Capacities for Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in the Mediterranean Region” Project (IPMED) was launched to build Intellectual Properties capacities and Enterpreneurship with a total of 1.194 million Euros funded by the European Union through the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme for the Mediterranean Basin within the European Neighborhood Instrument (ENI CBC MED), Jordan will be leading the implementation of IPMED through Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) in partnership with organizations in Greece, Italy, Spain and Tunisia.
