A.3 Promotion of social inclusion and the fight against poverty
A.3.1 Professionalization of young people (NEETS) and women
The objective of the project is to support NEET, vulnerable young migrants, asylum seekers, migrants, women have access to homologated training and skill development opportunities, and dual VET trainee salaries sustainable enough, that contribute their livelihood while they obtain a degree, while other needs are also covered. The project will include multiple personalized service program providing person centered assessment with knowledge of labour market needs and dual VET training ecosystem opportunities, as well as employability support, skill development support, counseling and job readiness training. The pilot in training opportunities will be developed in regional relevant and with professional opportunities in any region, for example in Lleida (Spain), in an area such as agronomy and agroindustry, as well as, sociosanitary attention to people with dependancy, construction sector, ICT (multimedia applications development or systems installations, automatisms, industrial cold, among other). Each contributing organization will make its decisions together with the ecosystem in the region(s) participating in a future pilot.
The project in collaboration with partners will provide curricula for training courses that are oriented towards the needs of target group and the labour market as well as focus on the linkages with employment opportunities.
The project will have a focus of attention towards online learning, and the creation of multimedia contents and methodologies for learning, thus facilitating conciliation of work, learn and personal life, while keeping and ensuring students-trainees and professors safety and security during COVID-19 pandemia.
There will be a focus on investing in teaching local languages for a participation in professional life, as well as, offering a wide portfolio of foreign language learning programs in collaboration with regional Education centers, as well as, with private centers.
There will also be a focus on offering international employability opportunities, so that cross-border programs and internationally homologated training programs in simple or dual alternance are included in an offering within the program.
Project will capitalize on existing professionals and assets, partially basing on France’s GRETS groups of training centers collaboration methodologies, but will add fluid and efficient collaboration with other agents such as social sector organizations working with individuals at vulnerability risks like NEET, migrated non-accompanied minors, long-term unemployed individuals, women, refugees, asylum seekers
learning, migrants in regular or irregular situations, as well as on public administration multiple layers of service working on assessment on employment, to young and regional economic development.
Since there are many organizations working in ordinary services, research programs with regional, estate or european programs, as well as training centers (both public and privately managed with public founding, with plenty of experience), capitalization of results of previous projects, will be a team work matter.
