The main objective of MEDSt@rts project is to design a common cross-border strategy by facilitating access to credit and developing an innovative model which can be easily replaced in different environments.

In this context, micro-finance players will be able to effectively contribute to the support of new start-ups and innovative projects by joining the networking that will be established.

For this reason, each project partner has been organizing a series of microfinance forums at local level (7 per country, in Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Palestine and Tunisia) in order to involve main public and private institutions and donors working in the target areas. 

The aim of each forum is to design or correct microfinance investment programmes, sharing the results of the previous analysis conducted in the first phase of the project.

The first forums will be held in Tunisia (on 1, 8, 14, 16, 23, 27, 29 October), but many other events are already scheduled in Lebanon, Palestine, Greece and Italy.
