On 1, 2 and 3 February Fondazione di Sardegna and SFIRS, Italian partners of MEDSt@rts, will meet the 30 aspiring entrepreneurs admitted to the last selection phase.

The members of the Evaluation Committee, supported by an organizational psychologist, will coordinate a cycle of individual interviews aimed at further evaluating the ideas and motivations of the candidates.

From the following week, the 25 young people who pass the selection will be involved in the pre-treatment project activities:

• launch and organization of the group;
• active listening and identification of skills;
• analysis of business ideas;
• business plan draft;
• support for the first sketch of the business profile.
