The Construction and Sustainable Buildings Centre (CSBC) was assigned to provide a complete georeferenced geometric survey of the exterior and interior of the building by using the traditional-direct instrumental survey methods and photogrammetry, in order to obtain a complete representation of the building, ground and/or aerial scans (as-built drawings).
A specialized team from the Construction and Sustainable Buildings centre (CSBC) carried out several site visits to the mentioned case during the extended period from 29 June to 7 July 2020, as they conducted a careful visual inspection of the building and its surroundings, and they recorded the internal / external dimensions of the buildings in order to prepare as-built drawings that represent the reality of the building as much as possible by using modern surveying instruments (Total station and Level).

The building was constructed more than 100 years ago and used as a municipal building. Around med of the 19th century a new larger building was constructed to be used as the main municipal building, while the old one (the case study) was used for hosting the guests of the municipality and also used for organizing the main events and different activities.
The general structural condition of the building is good, as no cracks were noticed inside or outside the building with the exception of a crack in the rear outer stone facade at the eastern corner of the building.
